STC Installations
Our rebuilds at Traverse Lake consist of
disassemble the aircraft remove all the old fabric. Remove the
engine and instruments, the fuselage is sandblasted, inspected and
epoxy primed or powder coated. The wings are inspected and
(repaired if needed). New hardware, control cables and fuel
lines and hoses are replaced. After any modifications or repairs
are made the aircraft is covered with new fabric, painted and
reassembled. Most rebuilds take around four months.
